If you have a subscription, you can use our AI chat. It has access to all the user manuals and will try to find the answer to your question.
There are sections in our forum for each major product. Also, a section for feature requests. It is helpful to get views from a number of users on feature requests or development priorities.
Changelogs are maintained for most of our products.
To fully utilise the support ticket system, you need to be logged in. If you have found a fault or need help, please raise a support ticket below. Subscribers have priority support - usually a response within one working day. Tickets from others may receive limited attention.
