We have created an AI chat facility that is hooked up to the user manuals for Plotalot, Remository and Ladkit. UserPoints will be added later. The chat is available for anyone with a subscription to "All Software Support and Upgrades". If you don't see a box labelled "Chat with Manuals for Subscribers" below, consider upgrading!
To use the chat, make sure you are logged in, and click on the blue icon below "Chat with Manuals for Subscribers" - it will pop up a chat box. Ask your question. It can take quite a few seconds - the AI is analysing the whole of our now extensive user manuals to find relevant information.
If you are asking about a particular product, such as Plotalot, it helps to mention the product name in your question.
Please bear in mind that AI can make mistakes.
