Don't know what happened there - but the file has been replaced and download looks OK now.

Hello, it seems the PDF file is corrupted — only 2 pages are visible; the rest are blank. SOLVED : "It’s a PDF that doesn’t comply with the spec (generated by macOS Quartz / ONLYOFFICE). Ghostscript explicitly reports that it doesn’t meet the PDF specification, which perfectly explains why Preview—and even Chrome—shows blank pages (rendering fails)."
