How to stop glossarbot for one word - 2008/05/01 22:19 Hello,

is it a way to stop glossarbot only for one word?

I have some words who are written exactly the same as words in the glossary but with a different meaning so I want to avoid glossarbot to display the definition for that only word.

Thank for your suggestions.

Re:How to stop glossarbot for one word - 2008/05/08 19:06 That is not an option right now, but I will look at including it for the upcoming release. Martin Brampton aka Counterpoint

Re:How to stop glossarbot for one word - 2008/08/04 15:54 Many thanks. Glossarbot is a great bot.

I too believe that should have the option to exclude certain words. In my case, the page is in Spanish and defined many words that have nothing to do with a term of the glossary.
I hope we can soon put this feature.
Congratulations on the job.

Re:How to stop glossarbot for one word - 2011/09/20 03:09 Guys,
Do you already have an alternative solution for this?
Cause I have an idea on how to work this issue. And I already implemented this on my page...See it in action at - http://www.knowledgebank.irri.org/qualityseedcourse/index.php/module-1-importance-and-principles-of- quality-seed/2-why-is-quality-seed-so-important

Notice the QUALITY word was ignored on the first lines...

Re:How to stop glossarbot for one word - 2011/09/28 07:46 Hi, the current version allows you to use a code {GlossaryDef:term:text} in the article that can be sued to disable the popup or create a popup even when the term is not in the article. See the download page for an explanation and examples. Stephan Matthiesen - Science-Texts: editorial team for scientific texts
