Anyone? I know these sort of questions are a pain in the rear for more experienced users but documentation for Jommla 1.5 is hard to come by. I've bought 2 books, both good and have kept me from bugging too many forums with my questions but module installations are difficult as sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes you unzip, sometimes you don't, sometimes you can FTP easily, other times you need a high level of confidence and php literacy.
I have a vague idea of php.ini files but don't know where to plant it to keep things from timing out. Don't know if it will work either.
Is FTP'ing the files possible or is editing required? If FTP'ing is simple, exactly where should the files go? Emphasis on exactly.
