Re:Warning: mktime() expects parameter 5 to be lon - 2005/10/01 04:23 This might be caused by a file where the database entry has a filedate with a date in the wrong format. The date is expected to be e.g. 2005-09-30 but if it were something like 2005-Sep-30 you would get the error you mention. Are you able to look in the database to check your filedates? Re:Warning: mktime() expects parameter 5 to be lon - 2005/10/01 04:37 OK, I suggest you edit remository.html.php line 1021 (editors can vary a little about line counting, so be careful). You should find on that line:

$parts = explode('-',$date);

Change it to:

$parts = explode('-',substr($date,0,10));

That should fix it! Trouble is, I have changed from using just a date to a complete date and time.

Re:Warning: mktime() expects parameter 5 to be lon - 2005/10/01 13:42 There is deliberately no facility for allowing all file types to be uploaded, for security reasons.

Uploading a file does not in itself make a security risk, but it is inadvisable to upload file types such as .php, .htm, .html or such like that mean something special to the web server. They could easily become a stepping stone to a hack of your site. Files like that are safer if zipped first.

In Remository 3.40 the default will be to store files in the database, in which case there is no restriction on the file extension. A file stored in the database is not readily available for a hack through the web server.
