Force members username - 2006/12/14 12:03 I wish to request a new feature for this addon where the "submit new entry" window automatically inserts the registered members username and they are unable to change this.

I feel this would be a very important security feature so that spammers cannot post bogus entries into the glossary and use a fictitious name to cover their tracks.

Ok, you have to change: glossary.html.php
Change
echo "<tr><td width='130'>"._GLOSSARY_ENTERNAME."</td><td><input type='text' name='tname' style='width:245px;' class='inputbox' value='$row->tname' /></td></tr>";

to

echo "<tr><td width='130'>"._GLOSSARY_ENTERNAME."</td><td><input type='text' name='tname' style='width:245px;' class='inputbox' value='$my->name' /></td></tr>";

and

echo "<tr><td width='130'>"._GLOSSARY_ENTERMAIL."</td><td><input type='text' name='tmail' style='width:245px;' class='inputbox' value='$row->tmail' /></td></tr>";

to

echo "<tr><td width='130'>"._GLOSSARY_ENTERMAIL."</td><td><input type='text' name='tmail' style='width:245px;' class='inputbox' value='$my->email' /></td></tr>";
