I'm wanting to review the code for the actual thumbnail creation. The code where is resizes the image. Where about it it located in RC4

It's in remository.class.php - part of the remositoryThumbnails class. The resizing routine was actually contributed by Jason Selph, who sponsored the development of the new thumbnail mechanism.
