BUG with modifying files - 2006/09/12 16:02 If I or a user upload a file to my database, the download permissions get set perfectly. In my case the deafult is

Published =1
Registered =2
Userupload =3

But if I edit the physical filename of a particular upload from the backend, the permissions get set back to

Published =1
Registered =0
Userupload =0

Meaning that even registered users cannot download the files

Re:BUG with modifying files - 2006/09/13 15:52 Sorry, I can't reproduce the problem as you describe it. If you edit a file, then information that derives from the container (including the upload/download permissions) will be set to the values from the container, whatever they are. At least that is what happens on the version of 3.40 RC2 installed here
