Hi, I've had this problem with the previous versions and I thought upgrading to RC2 would solve the problem but it didn’t. I have this problem on my site where the download component seems to crash and loop and make my hit counter artificially go up. Even my host sent me an email saying stuff was crashing.

The first and last case there have way too many requests (300k+). I
haven't disabled it but you might want to if you aren't sure how that
coule be happening. I did go ahead and firewall a proxy server that had a
lot of hits on the page and they may have fixed it (so far the load is
stable without disabling that component but I'll have to keep an eye on
it).

I thought maybe it was because of download accelerators so is there someway to make remository make DL accelerators fail?
