senso	Dowload a file : problem - 2006/01/08 19:29 hello, i've got a little problem with com_remository_startdown.php When a user want to download a file and click on the download icon, we have a message : "you have to choose to open com_remository_stardown.php " but we can't donwload the real file ?? How could i solve this problem Best regards sorry for my poor english

maddunr Karma: 0	Re:Dowload a file : problem - 2007/11/14 17:44 FYI - I tried several different things and none worked. So, I had to finally reinstall Joomla, upgrade to the latest version and upgrade Remository to the latest version and now everything works (for now). - V

Re:Dowload a file : problem - 2007/11/14 18:42 When you get the appearance of a program (PHP) file being downloaded, it is a sign the PHP itself has failed. You may be able to get more information by looking at the server error log. It should be accessible to you - ask your host for help if you're not sure where to look. Martin Brampton aka Counterpoint

maddunr Karma: 0	Re:Dowload a file : problem - 2007/11/14 19:14 I'm afraid that's not true. I have several web sites running Joomla on my dedicated server. A couple of them run Remository and some run Docman. This problem was isolated to just one web site that ran Remository. - V
