How can I change the title of the dictionary is not All | Title only title

How do I remove the link "All" from Alphabet. or instead sanovnik task= list&glossid=130&lette=all to be another link

Trying to redirect the link "All" to the menu of the glossary, but are not redirects (does not receive duplicate content)
Why use

In joomla 1.5 you do not use the defined ('_JEXEC') or die ('Restricted access');
in some files are missing both, can I add defined ('_JEXEC') or die ('Restricted access');

I managed to change the title as changed all of All - lowercase letter
