only uploading users being able to download files - 2010/10/28 10:23 I want my users to only be able to download files vie remository if they uploaded something today.
an option: a message to pop up if a user tries to download something without him uploading something today.
This way I want to encourage people to upload like scribd.com does.
This feature will boost remository usage and improve overall web experience for the community in a great way!
