After downloading a file from remository, a download summary will be displayed. I would like to remove the edit links and images from this summary and edit the summary itself (see picture) I would appreciate any help! Thanks!

to adjust the links you would need to modify
$usersubmitstuff
$deletestuff
$thumbupdatestuff
please bear in mind that only users with editing permissions will see those links - including admins

for the display of the published state you could try to either comment out or delete
