Front end files entries at the bottom - 2010/07/08 11:33 Hi,
when the file entries are shown in the fron-end the start from the bottom of the page instead then appearing at the top, just below the directory name
so that the page users have to scroll down the page to see if there is any entry at all on display. This happens both in the Remository3528J as well as in the latest release.
I wonder whether this is intentional or is just an issue related with the template I am using.
Any clues at how can I change this?
Thanks
Antonio

Thanks

Re:Front end files entries at the bottom - 2010/07/11 20:57 It's almost certainly a problem with the template interfering with the HTML/CSS used by Remository. You can use Firebug to investigate why the layout is how it is. Martin Brampton aka Counterpoint

Re:Front end files entries at the bottom - 2010/07/13 16:57 Hi
I have been checking the code with fire bug and I have had partial results
Basically I managed to move part of the content higher up, by changing the attribute "clear" of the remository's css.
but I can't move the rest ofthe content.

and this is how it appears after changing the value

The header of the first file names, changes position but the file info data
remain down, as well as the other file beneath.
I can't see any attribute such as the 'clear' attribute that works for this list (remositoryfilesummary) so that I can change it.
Any idea on what other parameter could I operate on to make further changes and make all the text/listngs (remositoryfilesummary) go up?
Thanks
Antonio

Re:Front end files entries at the bottom - 2010/07/14 10:48 You should not need to change Remository - the problem is more likely to be within the site template. I'm not aware of any faults in the Remository HTML/CSS that need to be rectified.
