error on Remository install into Joomla - 2005/11/24 03:21 I ran the component installation into Joomla 1.03 and when trying to access the component via Joomla admin I get this error message:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/joomla/components/com_remository/com_remository_settings.php on line 44

That line only has information about some javascript. I'm not sure why I can't access any of the components of Remository. A little help, please?

I have to admit, however, that the installation was done under Mambo 4.5.2. "You can call me Al." Joomla! ...because open source matters Leave a rating for Remository at the Joomla! That is a bug in Remository 3.40 and will be fixed in the next beta release. You can patch it by removing all the script stuff from line 44 and finish up with just a line that says

Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated as I really need thumbnails in my file library Kim
