Front End Submit File Error - 2009/02/10 17:38 Help! The site is scheduled to go live tomorrow and I cannot get the Front End submit File to work. I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 46080 bytes) in /homepages/27/d267766735/htdocs/Joomla/modules/mod_mainmenu/legacy.php on line 277

This was working just last week but I cannot figure out what has changed.

Re:Front End Submit File Error - 2009/02/11 17:18 I have removed the 'submit file' buttons from the remository for now. But eventually Users will need this functionality.

I created a 'Submit File' menu item as a test and I still receive the same error.

Re:Front End Submit File Error - 2009/02/13 18:41 I think that 8 MB is too little memory to run Joomla and advanced extensions. You were probably borderline before. Note that it is part of Joomla that is failing, and legacy mode is not required for Remository. Martin Brampton aka Counterpoint
