Remository does not show an icon in that context. Because you have only a single container, Remository goes into that container, so what you are seeing is the heading for the container.
The display is equivalent to what you can see here with the name of the heading being "Joomla Software".
You can see there is no icon for the heading. There are icons for the files, and if there were inner containers, they would have icons.
Add another container at the top level, and you will get a different result, including icons
