list of containernames to long - 2008/12/21 15:25 Hello,

Let me first say that I love this extension!

The only problem I have is when users are uploading there files.
When selecting the correct container they see a list of all containers, including containers they should not have access to... Strangely it is possible to upload files into containers that they normally have no access to.
Is it possible to limit the container list to those containers they have access to as defined by the groups they are in?
This will make the uploading life of my customers a lot easier (and mine to, so I don't have to move files around any more)

Are you not using the latest version? In my tests of Remository 3.46 the user sees only containers to which they have upload permission. Note that upload and download permissions are set separately, and the default for a container is that visitors can download and all registered users can upload. But if you change the permissions, that should alter the list of possible upload containers seen by users. Martin Brampton aka Counterpoint
