The aim is for Remository to be easy to use. But computers, and particularly web stuff, inevitably create complications. If you have a problem that needs an expert eye, you can use the Remository ProblemFix service. For a flat fee of just 90 USD (or equivalent) your problem will be investigated. If possible, it will be fixed. If it cannot be fixed, you will receive a report on the character of the problem and why it cannot be fixed. Many problems can be fixed within ProblemFix, but if the issue is just too large, you will receive a report suggesting what steps could be taken to achieve a solution.

Any problems to do with Remository and its companion modules and components can be handled under ProblemFix. Wider issues to do with Mambo and Mambo development can often be handled through ProblemFix. If your issue cannot be dealt with for any reason, your payment will not be accepted or will be refunded in full.

Most likely, a temporary super-admin account will be needed, so as to access your site in detail, and to be able to install diagnostic versions of Remository or other components and modules. Every effort will be made to safeguard your site. BUT it is a condition of the service that you are responsible for backing up your site, and no liability for any accidental damage is accepted.
