Install as for any other Mambo/Joomla component. No need to create a menu entry - just run using a URL like http://www.mysite.com/index.php?option=com_remocheck.
Remocheck will invite a file upload - select any file you like from your own computer and submit. Remocheck will then provide diagnostics about what happened in the file upload. If your site has constraints on file uploads you will probably find out about them by using Remocheck.
